Adult Artemia can be bought as frozen food in most pet stores. They are primarily suitable for slightly larger fish, as adult artemia are over one cm in size. I have tried feeding with it, but I clearly prefer frozen Cyclops which can easily be eaten by both adults and fry and is usually quite a bit cheaper. Frozen artemia food is usually quite pricey. On the other hand, it is very suitable if you only have large fish in the aquarium.
Freeze the rest of your Artemia nauplii when you have hatched too many.
When hatching Artemia salina, it is best to use them the same day they hatch or at the latest the day after, as the nutritional value drops quickly when they are not fed (the small nauplii use the nutrition they have to grow themselves). If you have many Artemia left over, you can freeze them in thin sheets and later break off small pieces for the fish. It is probably the easiest frozen food you can make yourself, and that way you avoid throwing away your surplus production of Artemia nauplii.
