Close-up of one of my Corydoras sterbai.
At one point, I decided that I needed some fish for the bottom region in my top 325 liter tank and since I already had tried the Copper Catfish (Corydoras aeneus), I decided to try Sterba's catfish this time.
The fish is considerably harder to breed than the copper catfish and it is also much more demanding in terms of care, but it should still be far from impossible.
My Sterbai never got any further than the community tank, but it is certainly a fish I would like to make a breeding attempt with some time in the future.
